Hi Stampers! Welcome to the Summer Lovin’ Blog Hop! I hope everyone is having a good summer, in spite of the changes we have all had in our lives! You may have arrived here from Bree Renwick’s blog where she shared some wonderful summery projects for you!
I am going to share a couple of cards I did for my recent stamp class, featuring the Whale Done Stamp set which is about as summery as it gets! I really didn’t need another stamp set with sea creatures but I simply could not resist this set. The 6 x 6 DSP stack that coordinates with this stamp set is beyond fantastic. Every single sheet of paper in the pack is gorgeous! These cards required very little stamping, but it was a fun card to make. You can’t really tell very well but the front of the card has a window sheet over the turtles which makes the seascape look really cool.
Here’s what I used to make this card:
- Whale Done and Itty Bitty Birthdays Stamp sets
- Pacific Point and Calypso Coral Ink
- Pacific Point, Calypso Coral and White CS
- Whale of a Time DSP
- Window Sheets
- Stitched Rectangle and Circle Dies/Punches
- Seabed 3D Embossing Folder
- Dimensionals
I hope you enjoyed the cards. Your next stop is a visit to see what Melissa Davies is creating this Summer. Just click on the link for your next stop!
