Hi Stampers!
It’s Day 3 of the Card Making Challenge and today we have to create a card with men in mind. This is a great masculine birthday card, but I also decided to make it into a retirement card. I hope you like it!

Today I am starting the 30 Day Card Making Challenge sponsored by Martin’s Mayhem on instagram. The first challenge was to share a simple Thank You card.
When I need to make a simple card, this is one of my favorite layouts to use. You start with a 3 3/4 inch square piece of DSP and a 4 inch square piece of Cardstock - and then you cut both of those pieces on a diagonal and glue them together. What I love about this is that it gives your card a bunch of WOW from the DSP, but you only had to use a 3 3/4 inch square. This is also. Great card design for using up your 6 x 6 DSP because it gives you a strip to do your envelope flap (you need a piece that is 2 1/4 x 6) and you have enough to add a little accent on the inside of the card.

I hope everyone is doing well as we spend our days at home with our families while we are in quarantine. This is one of those times in life when I am really happy to have a hobby and a room full of goodies to play with! I have been busy organizing and stamping and today I am going to share a couple of Easter Cards that I designed.
In April we have an Early release of the Ornate Garden Suite that will be featured in the 2020-2021 Catalog which comes out in June. I just received my preorder of this beautiful suite and when I saw the new DSP (designer series paper), I knew it would be beautiful on some Easter cards. At the bottom of this page I will share the flyer regarding the new suite coming out in April so you can check it out and hopefully you will let me take care of your orders for you!
These Easter cards are stamped with the Welcome Easter stamp set that can be found in our current Handmade for you mini catalog. I also used the Ornate Layers Dies, Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder, Ornate Garden specialty DSP and ribbon. I colored the sweet little Easter Animals with my watercolor pencils and an aqua painter.
