Hi Stampers! 

Today I am going to share a cute little birthday card I designed!  I love the new birthday candle wheel.  I took the rubber off of the wheel, and it fits great on Block I.  I had to cut about 3 of the candles off, but those will be great to use for other things.  This card was a bit fussy - with coloring all of the candles with markers, but I do think it comes out really cute.  I used two of my favorite embossing folders to make the design on the bottom of the card, the Delicate Designs and Needlepoint Borders!
