Christmas Collage

Hi Stampers,

Thanksgiving break has officially started - Sarah is out of school, Robbie is home from college, Jeff will be home today and I am going to start cooking for tomorrow and then we will decorate!   I hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving and a delicious dinner!

I want to share my all time favorite collage today.  This is the Christmas collage that I made for myself, and I love it so much I never put it away.   I hope you enjoy it.   This weekend I am going to be posting some of my smaller Christmas collages to my Etsy store so please stop by and check that out!   I will share that information once I get them posted!

 
I am not going to share the stamping supplies for this - because there are too many things to say.  You can see it is all Stampin'Up! Stamps, Punches, CS and DSP and embelishments, but I do also use some Quickutz dies and some Sizzix and Cuttlebug embossing folders.

It's time to decorate the house!

It is Thanksgiving week, and since I plan to decorate the house for the holidays - I thought it was the perfect time to share the Stampin'Up! house I created.

Gingerbread

Hi Stampers,

I love gingerbread men so I had to make a card with this cute little guy on it.   I haven't done a challenge in a while - so I decided that would help me figure out what to do with my little gingerbread guy.    I have recently discovered Bakers Twine - and I was so hoping Stampin'Up! would have it in the new mini catalogs that will be coming out in January but I am sad to say they didn't.   I will be sure and let them know they are missing out on something fun - this stuff is so cute on cards - and I thought it was absolutely perfect with the gingerbread boys!

Sarah's Collage

Today I want to share a really lovely collage that my daughter Sarah made for her room.   It is not often that Sarah wants to stamp with me, but this was one thing she really wanted to make and I think she did a fantastic job of creating a collage that was very meaningful to her.   One thing I will tell you about the collages - they are much prettier in person.   In order to photograph them I have to take the glass out of the frame, and it just doesn't show the dimension of all of the embellishments.   Sitting in front of the collage is the little tea light birthday cake and box I made Sarah for her birthday this year!
