All I can say is "WOW" was that ever fun! If you are not a part of our downline - I cannot imagine why you wouldn't want to be, just so you could attend the fabulous events we put on! The 2010 Conventional was a blast and it was so fun to be a part of the group who was able to provide this for our downlines. I am sure my pals Susan Gardner and Connie Sylvester would be in complete agreement. It is really fun to put this together and then sit back and watch the excitement unfold. We really appreciate all of the positive feedback we received over the past couple of days and we are thrilled that you enjoyed every minute of it. Our speakers were amazing - thank you Deann Oliver, Pam Morgan, Julie Coyle and Connie and Susan and thank you also to our rolling demo presenters - Stacie Lisk, Patti Dolatowski and Tracy Sytsmsa. These ladies put together some really great presentations for you and I think everyone who attended Conventional went away feeling inspired to go out and grow their business explore the new stamping ideas they were exposed to. Over the next few days I will share some pictures from the event so you can see some of the projects we made.
*Here is a picture of what they got to make on Sunday evening. Susan and I spent weeks trying to figure out what our WOW project was going to be this year and I really think we outdid ourselves! When we decided what the project would be we then had to figure out how to build it and make it work, and then design all of the beautiful pages to our little Rolodex Spinner! This looks like something you would buy at Pottery Barn! Susan's father spent hours building these stands for us and the craftsmaship was absolutely beautiful. We are so lucky to have Pa available to build all of the crazy things we come up with - he is the BEST! Susan designed almost every page that went on this and each page was more beautiful than the last. They were embelisshed with die cuts, embossed papers, DSP, Hodgepodge and those beautiful new antique brads.
*Here is another view of our WOW project!
Stampers - stamping - it doesn't get any better than that!!
Poor Carol dropped her brad and Susan thought she was giving pony rides!!!
Thank you to the gals who brought these yummy delicous cupcakes! This was the best cupcake I ever ate and I think I might have to find my way to Tinley Park IL, so I can buy some!
More to come later!
